Field Day Contests Attract Large Crowd
Magnolia,
Miss., March 29 ---
The
annual field day exercises of the Pike county schools were held here Saturday,
and attracted a large crowd. All contestants and visitors were entertained at
dinner on the high school grounds by the ladies of Magnolia. The repast was
served in picnic style. The musical and literary contests were held in the
auditorium of the Magnolia High School and resulted as follows:

Grammar

athletic contests took place at the Pike County Fair Grounds and resulted as
